Employee
Satisfaction Survey
A division of a larger organization was disappointed with the
results of their employee satisfaction survey. They wondered
how to interpret the results and what kinds of interventions
would be appropriate.
Jill
Malleck interviewed all leaders and assessed the actual survey
data, and then made recommendations for action. Together with
the management group, she developed a plan of action, with short
and long term activities, and helped to implement them. She
also facilitated all-staff meetings to present the survey results
and get more useful data. Jill coached the leaders as they implemented
changes in their respective areas.
