Meetings
A marketing/product group wanted to increase their profile and
the quality of the relationships they had with other important
people in the company. A meeting was scheduled that had people
flying in from across the country. It had to be productive and
participative, and meet several objectives, to make the investment
worthwhile.
Jill
worked with the leader and core team to design a two-day agenda
that included business presentations and break-out groups. She
developed the pace and timing and all the handouts needed to
engage constructive dialogue. At the meeting, Jill facilitated
with energy and commitment. All attendees were grateful for
the outcomes. Jill provided a quality document of the meeting
results.
