Personal
Coach
A leader who was promoted and given additional responsibility
was eager to make their first year a success. She wanted to
be able to try new behaviours that would be effective at a more
senior level, and create value through a highly motivated team.
Jill
Malleck provided face-to-face and telephone coaching sessions
once a month, or more often as needed. In these sessions she
listened, offered perspective, challenged the leaders’
thinking, supported healthy and functional leadership practices
and suggested changes that would lead to better results. At
the end of the first year, the leader was satisfied with the
personal and professional progress they had made, and attributed
some of their success to the coaching sessions.
