A leader who had just joined the organization wanted to create
strong synergy in the team of the professionals under his leadership.
The group was ready to increase their mandate and the work they
delivered to the organization, but they were not fully convinced
that it could be done.
Working
with the leader and a small core group, Jill designed and facilitated
a 4 month process of inter-active meetings. Using an Appreciative
Inquiry approach, the group opened dialogue with key stakeholders
and took the feedback they gathered and applied it to create
a new, stronger organization. At the end of the process, a new
structure, a new mandate and a strategic and operational plan
were developed and approved by senior leaders.
