Coaching for Leadership & Personal Development
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a certified Integral Coach™ I am available to partner with you to accelerate your development in areas that are most important to you right now. Coaching is a very personal and direct way to work on the leadership and interpersonal competencies you need. The Integral Coaching® method is rooted in solid behavioural science theory and research on how people change and grow. It fits beautifully with my personal motto of “respecting what is, while discovering what can be.” As your Coach, I will bring a fresh perspective and the support you need to try something new. Within our trusting relationship you can relax. Together we’ll find ways that you can be the change you wish to bring to all parts of your world.

What is Integral Coaching® ?
I have been trained by Integral Coaching Canada: Integral Coaching ® is a discipline that enables clients to become more aware of their current approach to situations, to see new possibilities, and then build sustainable new competencies to achieve outcomes that deeply matter to them. The coach and client are dedicated to the unique developmental needs of the client.

How does Coaching work?
Most coaching program are from 3-6 months long – although I can coach you in as little as 2 sessions, and for up 12 months on particular topics.

Coaching meetings are conducted either in person, by telephone or using Skype.

We meet once every 2 weeks for about one hour. All meetings are confidential.

Our first meeting is used to get to know each other and to discuss what has brought you to consider Coaching. At our 2nd meeting we will establish your development goals and get started. Each time we meet thereafter, we will assess progress on your goals and determine what steps are needed to continue forward.

As a Professional Certified Coach designated by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) I adhere to the code of ethics found on their website

Coaching Talk
“Jill has a unique approach to coaching that allows you to practice new skills, not just talk about them. As a result, my progress is sustainable over the long-term. She also challenged me to dig deeper and get to the root issues. I was able to deal with areas that previously had held me back.”
Heather, Vice President, Member Services

“I found Jill’s approach to be very effective. She tailored a program specifically for me that was well suited to my needs and as a result we were able to develop some techniques that I use every day!”
Philip, Executive, Waterloo

“Jill is one of the most insightful people I’ve ever known. Time and again I’m shocked at how she can get to the root of one of my challenges or issues and uncover an entirely unexpected truth for me about the why. And she never leaves me there at that precipice of insight, dangling; she then leads me to practical steps I can take to address the issue. Brilliant! She’s direct and specific while kind in the way that she can bring me to see truths about my blind spots and/or barriers … I no longer feel embarrassed to be so transparent to someone else because the insights she’s unearthed for me in our coaching have enabled me to be a far better leader, follower, employee and human being.”
Cindy, Director, Corporate Human Resources, Toronto

“What I really appreciated about my coaching experience with Jill was the opportunity to try out, reflect on, adjust and reinforce a set of ‘tools’ and practices that I could gradually incorporate and sustain in my daily interactions. Most of the practices I developed with Jill have become ‘automatic responses’ that have greatly enhanced my ability to maintain a personal balance when dealing with complex situations. Jillís coaching style is relaxed and responsive – she created an atmosphere in which I could lead my own learning, offering insights and observations that were integral to developing new approaches that ‘fit’ for me.”
Denise, Executive Director, Community Health Centre
